During her 11 years as a Century 21 real estate broker, Mrs. Stockwell owned and managed a firm of 70 agents that was rated among the top 2 percent in the United States. In recognition of her expertise, Century 21 also asked her to speak nationally to other Realtors on the topics of mergers, acquisitions and team building.
She was hired by investors of the Cold River Ranch development in the Houston suburb of Rosharon to take charge of their sales and marketing efforts. She put together a real estate team that sold the remaining homes rapidly.
Among the successful businesses she established and led to profitability are Shadow Creek Ranch Realty, Keystone Realty Group, Reflection Bay Event Center and the USA Real Estate School.
Mrs. Stockwell devotes herself to many charities though she is most passionate about The One World Foundation, which she founded in 2013. Today, Mrs. Stockwell acts as CEO for the 501c3 One World Foundation, which builds water systems and wells for villages to provide safe, clean water worldwide.
The foundation has completed water projects in India and Mexico and is currently supporting an orphanage and water system in Haiti. One World also funds arts and cultural education programs and women’s projects.
Mrs. Stockwell is a happily married with four daughters, two of which teach in Pearland and Alvin ISD. She is a grandmother of four boys who also reside in Pearland. She studied real estate, business, marketing and mediation at the University of Houston.
